WELCOME

We are accredited BPAD Level 1 Assessors offering BAL Assessments throughout the Perth Hills and Wheatbelt areas of Western Australia. We work where we live to offer fast and comprehensive Level 1 BAL asssessments in the locations we know and understand. Bookings available 7 days per week.

We offer a standard Level 1 Assessment for $500 inc GST. This includes a site visit, a comprehensive BAL report based on the site visit, and the BAL certificate. We Aim to work with you to achieve the best BAL rating outcome

We are open right through the Christmas and New Year period

Assessing Your Property

A BAL Assessment may be required as part of your development application in fire prone areas. We will prepare a report to allocate a BAL rating to your building. We need approximately one hour on site to complete our mapping and measurements.

While we are there we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to how to be bushfire ready.

Where we work

We are based in beautiful Toodyay, situated where the Perth Hills and Wheatbelt meet. This allows us to provide fast and comprehensive service to Northam, York, Chittering, Gingin, Bindoon, Gidgegannup, Goomlaling, Victoria Plains, Kalamunda and all areas of the hills and wheatbelt. The area outlined in the adjacent map on left is where we operate. We are happy to work outside this area, but extra charges may apply. We are happy to recommend a professional close to you if you require.
